The harness is designed as infrastructure rather than a chat application. A daemon owns state; Emacs, CLI, web, and mobile clients are views over the same task and event model.
Design constraint
Operations should be inspectable and resumable. Version-control state is part of the execution model, which is why Majutsu is more than an unrelated editor project.
